Iranian Foreign Minister Calls for the Establishment of a "US-Intervention-Free" Collective Security Mechanism
Mars Finance News, according to Jintou citing Xinhua News Agency, Iran’s Foreign Minister Amir Abdollahian called for regional countries to establish a “collective security mechanism free from U.S. intervention.”
On the same day, Amir Abdollahian stated during a meeting with Omani Sultan Haitham in Muscat, the capital of Oman, that Iran’s experience shows that U.S. military presence in the region only leads to instability and division.
He called on regional countries to jointly build an autonomous collective security mechanism “without U.S. interference.”
