You need to provide the screenshot to our platform's customer service for verification and processing. You can click on the top-left corner of the homepage in the APP, then click on the headphone icon in the top-right corner, click on 'Contact Customer Service', and click on the headphone icon on the left side of the chat box at the bottom to switch to manual customer service for consultation~
