There is life, there will be death, and everyone will eventually face death. When we are still alive, we can deal with death in two ways: ignore death or face our own death, reduce the pain that death may bring by clear thinking about death. However, neither of these methods can truly overcome death.
As a Buddhist, I consider death to be a normal process. As long as I am still alive on this earth, death will inevitably occur. After realizing that I cannot escape from death, there is nothing to worry about. I prefer to see death as a worn-out garment that needs to be replaced, rather than an end.
