If you're constipated, you can try eating freshly cut oats mixed with chia seeds, in a ratio of about 7:1.
I originally had a normal rhythm with that stuff,
But after eating oats and chia seed porridge for two days, I was so full I couldn't eat anything else, and
I actually ended up with diarrhea,
The doctor said I just consumed too much dietary fiber, and told me to stop eating it for 3 days.
