$ETH is oscillating near key support levels on the 1H timeframe, with RSI entering oversold territory and showing signs of bottom divergence. On the 4H timeframe, price has retraced to the EMA50 moving average and previous dense trading zone, forming dual support. Open interest remains stable with no signs of panic selling, suggesting this is a healthy pullback wash rather than major liquidation. Negative funding rates indicate short-term shorts dominance, but price hasn't collapsed further, creating short squeeze potential.

Open interest remained stable during the price decline, indicating not a bull collapse but rather short squeeze. Combined with negative funding rates, once price stabilizes and bounces, short covering will accelerate the uptrend.
