徽州地處皖南山區，四季分明，這裡的春天有漫山遍野的油菜花，夏天可以在山間溪流玩水，秋天有著名的塔川秋色，冬天可以去黃山看雲海霧淞，泡泡天然溫泉。相比城市的喧囂，這裡推窗見山、出門見水，粉牆黛瓦的古村落安靜而舒展。交通也很方便，高鐵到杭州約1.5小時，到上海2個多小時，隨時可以切換回都市節奏。
其次這裡的物價極其親民。在北上廣深只能租個單間的預算，在徽州可以包下一整座帶院子的民居。食物口味更不用多說，徽菜作為八大菜系之一，臭鱖魚、毛豆腐、筍幹燒肉，鮮香入味，食材都是山裡現採的，非常有煙火氣。這也是我每次來都能多吃一碗米飯的原因！
最重要的是這裡雖然看起來像個世外桃源，卻一點也不封閉。得益於國內完善的基礎設施，寬帶和5G基本全覆蓋，遠程辦公、視頻會議都很穩定。很多咖啡店、民宿和書吧也慢慢出現，帶著電腦找個安靜角落，一待就是一整天。
對於數字遊民而言，換個地方辦公的本質是尋找一種更舒服的生命狀態。而徽州這種山水交融、進退有據的慢生活，正是那個最具體的答案。
