Create or Import the Gate Web3 Wallet and One-Click Cloud Backup
Open the Gate Web3 Wallet, select [Create Wallet], and set your password to complete the creation.
If you already have a wallet, select [I already have one] and enter your mnemonic phrase or private key to import it.
If you previously backed up your wallet on the Gate App, click [Restore Cloud Backup], enter your password, and your wallet will be restored.
Note: Please make sure to securely store your password and mnemonic phrase.
Gate does not store this information, and once lost, your assets cannot be recovered.
After creating your wallet, click the location shown below to perform a cloud backup — this ensures that your assets are safe even if you switch devices.

Deposit:
Step 1: Open the Gate App, go to the Web3 interface, and tap [Receive].
Step 2: Select the token and its corresponding network, then copy the receiving address.
Paste this address into the page where you perform the transfer.
Once the transaction is initiated, you can view its progress by tapping [History] on the Web3 homepage.
Transfer:
Step 1: Open the Gate App, go to the Web3 interface, and tap [Send].
Before proceeding, please ensure you have enough network tokens (e.g., ETH, BNB) to cover Gas Fees.
Step 2: Select the token and network you wish to transfer.
After confirming your selection, enter the recipient’s wallet address and the amount you wish to send, then tap [Confirm].
After completing the operation, tap [History] on the Web3 homepage to view your transaction progress.
