März, stieg der Aktienkurs von Yao Cai Securities Finance (01428.HK) nach der Wiederaufnahme des Handels heute erheblich an, mit einem Anstieg von über 50% und liegt jetzt bei 14,040 HKD. Zuvor gab das Unternehmen bekannt, dass das von Ant Group initiierte Übernahmeangebot von den zuständigen chinesischen Behörden genehmigt wurde und voraussichtlich am 30. März abgeschlossen wird.
