CEX President responds to competitors poaching talent: retain talent with strength, welcome true builders to join.

On October 29, CEX President Hong posted on social media that recently, CEX has noticed that a competitor “某安” has been frequently poaching CEX employees with high salaries. In response, CEX expressed understanding and emphasized that it will meet the competition with strength and professionalism. CEX announced the implementation of a “Competitive Offer Policy”: if employees receive offers from other companies, they can submit them to HR, and the Talent Committee will evaluate and decide whether to offer a more competitive compensation plan; if not matched, they will also be provided with generous compensation and heartfelt wishes. CEX emphasized that transparency and respect are the core of the employment relationship. Meanwhile, the CEX President pointed out that some competitors exhibit a “short-term poaching and quick abandonment” phenomenon, with several industry professionals leaving shortly after being poached. In contrast, nearly a hundred mid-to-senior level talents from competitors have voluntarily joined CEX, with salaries generally increasing by 100% to 500%. The CEX President stated that they will continue to provide a top-notch platform and incentive mechanism for blockchain talents with a long-term vision, valuing integrity and professionalism, and sincerely invite true builders to work together to create the future of the industry.
