Odaily Planet Daily reports that J.P. Morgan’s latest analysis indicates that after reaching a historic high of approximately $130 billion in 2025, the inflow of funds into the crypto market is expected to further increase in 2026, with a year-over-year growth of about one-third. Analysts believe that the new capital will be predominantly driven by institutional investors.

J.P. Morgan states that clearer crypto regulatory legislation, such as the U.S. Clarity Act, is likely to promote institutional adoption of digital assets and stimulate venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions, and IPO activities in areas including stablecoin issuers, payment companies, exchanges, wallets, blockchain infrastructure, and custody services. The bank’s estimates incorporate multiple indicators such as ETF capital flows, CME futures implied funding flows, crypto VC fundraising, and digital asset vault (DAT) purchases.
