Yo so Lucie from Shib just dropped a pretty serious warning about all the scams going around targeting SHIB holders. Apparently bad actors are out here using fake accounts and verified ones they've compromised to spread fake info. Wild part is you can't even tell who's real anymore because the scammers are getting better at copying legitimate accounts.
Lucie's basically saying don't click on random messages or notifications unless you can verify it's actually coming from the official Shiba Inu sources. Like check their actual website before you do anything. She's asking people to email her if they spot sketchy stuff. There's also this Shibarium Trustwatch group that's been tracking SHIB scams and they're pointing out how phishing emails are getting more convincing - they look legit but have tiny errors in the sender address or weird characters.
The whole thing is pretty eye-opening tbh. They're warning about fake websites designed to steal your info, sketchy email links, all that. Basic stuff like don't share your seed phrases or passwords obviously, but it's wild how many people still fall for it. If something feels off just do a quick search on official channels instead of clicking random links. Lucie and the Trustwatch team are saying crypto scams are just getting worse because the market's complex and not super regulated. So yeah, stay alert out there and verify everything before you trust it.
