Golden Finance reported that MicroStrategy announced that the company plans emisión a total of $1.75 billion 0% convertible senior notes. MicroStrategy also expects to grant initial purchasers the option to purchase up to an additional $250 million in notes within 3 days of the initial emisión of the notes.
