The use of cloud credit limits and the emergence of new digital-first buyers through super-large-scale markets are reshaping enterprise customer purchasing behavior, supplier sales strategies, and channel models. Although most suppliers currently sell directly to end customers through these markets, channel partners are playing an increasingly important role. By 2027, Canalys expects that over 50% of market sales will be conducted through channels.
