Gate.io News bot message, Bloomberg reported that Ripple made an acquisition offer of $4 billion to $5 billion to stablecoin issuer Circle Internet Group Inc., but the offer was not accepted. Currently, Circle is advancing its listing plan submitted earlier this month. Ripple has not yet decided whether to make a new acquisition offer. Regarding this market rumor, Circle declined to comment citing being in a quiet period under SEC regulation, while also stating it cannot disclose further details about its financial plans.
