DocuSign had a good second fiscal quarter of 2026. Revenues rose to $801 million, a 9% increase. Billings grew by 13%, reaching $818 million. The non-GAAP operating margin was 30%.

There have been advances in Intelligent Agreement Management with AI. They have expanded internationally. It seems they are focusing on growing profitably.

Billing improved. Customer retention was 102%. The deals are larger now. 29% of revenue came from abroad, growing by 13%.

AI is making a big impact. More than half of the vendors have closed some deals with IAM. Major clients like T-Mobile are using it.

The non-GAAP gross margin remained at 82%. Curious, with the cloud costs. They have $1.1 billion in cash. No debt.

For the next quarter, they expect between $804 and $808 million. The fiscal year could close with $3.2 billion in revenue. The turnover would be around $3.3 billion.

They continue with the stock buybacks. They want to lead in digital agreements and contract analysis. It's not entirely clear how they will do it.
