A new trading day is approaching, and investors are still haunted by last Friday's sharp decline in the A-share market. Faced with that unsettling Bearish line at the close, many are worried: Will the CSI 300 index fall below the 3800-point mark tomorrow?

However, based on market analysis, I believe the possibility of the index falling below 3800 points is low. On the contrary, it is very likely that the market will open high tomorrow, and by the close, it is highly probable that a small to medium-sized Bullish line will form. This judgment is mainly based on two key factors:

First of all, the index experienced a significant fall last Friday accompanied by shrinking trading volume, which is typically seen as a typical washout behavior in a bullish trend. In this case, each major drop often attracts substantial capital to take advantage of the opportunity, so the probability of continuing to explore the bottom tomorrow is relatively low.

Secondly, the A50 index, as an important barometer of the market, showed a strong rebound last Friday. Generally, the trend of the A50 index will influence the performance of the main index to some extent.

However, investors should not be overly optimistic. I believe that tomorrow's rise may only be a corrective rebound, and the increase may be limited. In the short term, the market will still mainly focus on oscillating recovery. This round of adjustment has not yet fully ended, and the index is likely to need to fall near the 60-day moving average to gradually stabilize.

For investors, it is still necessary to maintain a cautious attitude, closely monitor market changes, and adjust investment strategies in a timely manner. At the same time, attention should also be paid to the performance of individual stocks to identify potential investment opportunities. During market fluctuations, the importance of stock selection becomes particularly prominent. It is recommended that investors focus on high-quality stocks with stable performance and reasonable valuations to cope with possible market volatility.

The real opportunity to position is when the 60-day moving average hits the bottom. Don't chase the price.
