It is reported that a Crypto Assets investment company has rented the entire upper floor of the Central Wan Yi Building, covering an area of approximately 9,000 square feet, with a rent of about 70 HKD per square foot, for business expansion purposes. Recently, the Hong Kong Grade A office market has been active, with three floors of office space in Wong Chuk Hang Huamao Huahui rented to DKSH at 20 HKD per square foot, along with Shanghai Pharmaceutical Group and MER.
