#美联储启动新一轮降息周期 $ETH Everyone, in the crypto world, I have a blunt truth to say: the thing that kills accounts isn’t the loss itself, but that one blind full-position operation.

$ZEC Especially for newcomers, with only a few thousand bucks in their pocket, they want to soar to the sky. When excitement kicks in, they place several orders, feeling invincible, then a single bearish candle directly eats through their principal. I've seen too many such scenarios.

$BTC I’ve experienced it myself. Ten years ago, I entered the scene with 20,000 USDT, thinking I was gifted and had sharp eyesight, with a bright future ahead. But what happened? Frequent trading, reckless averaging down, impulsively adding more, and within a few days, the account was in jeopardy. It wasn’t until a late night when I calmed down that I realized—it's not the market is too difficult, but that I was too impatient.

Since then, I’ve set up a "three-line of defense" for my funds. It sounds simple, but it helped me survive the most dangerous times.

**First: Strictly control your positions.** Don’t be blinded by FOMO. Use part of your funds to experiment; if you make a profit, gradually add to your positions; if you lose, cut losses decisively. Protect the principal, and the next opportunity will come to you.

**Second: Set buy and sell points in advance.** When prices are rising, don’t greedily want to buy at the highest; when prices are falling, don’t stubbornly try to catch the bottom. Most people lose not because they see the wrong direction, but because they keep wavering back and forth. A price correction can wipe out your profits entirely. What you need to do is plan where to exit before the market opens, rather than scrambling at the last minute.

**Third: Only engage in projects you understand.** No matter how many people hype it or videos praise it, if you truly don’t understand what this asset is for, it’s best to stay still. Assets you don’t understand can’t provide you with stable returns.

When the market is skyrocketing, stay calm intentionally; during consolidation, maintain your resolve. As long as your money is alive, you have the qualification to continue participating. Patience to hold on will naturally bring returns to your account. Not because you’re particularly smart, but because you’ve learned to go against your emotions.

Don’t think about getting rich overnight; first, ensure the money in your hands won’t shrink. Opportunities are always present in the market, but once you get liquidated, the game is truly over. To walk a steady and long road, start by giving up gambling everything, controlling impulses, and avoiding overconfidence.

The abyss is right there, my light shines only on one lamp—whether to surface or continue gambling, the choice is always yours.

Full margin trading can really wipe you out in one shot. I've seen too many people not even get a chance to turn things around.

Really, going all-in is a form of slow suicide. I have friends who lost their lives this way. Well said, impatience won't cook hot tofu. Many people fall for FOMO. Bro, these three defense lines are brilliant. This is exactly how I do it now, and my account has stabilized. It's not the loss that worries me, but that one impulsive move that wipes everything out. After the interest rate cut cycle begins, still going all-in every day—you're really asking for death. Take advice, beginners shouldn't think about turning things around overnight. Staying alive is the most important thing. I've seen too many people blow up their accounts out of greed, and it's not worth it.

Really, going all-in can wipe you out in one shot. That's right, it was just too impulsive. Newbies, take advice and don't get brainwashed by FOMO. The three-line defense framework still has some value. Watching others hype projects and jumping in, nine out of ten times you'll end up losing everything. Markets are most risky when they're doing well, that's common sense. Many people go broke trying to bottom-fish, don't learn that way. Controlling your position size is truly the first lesson; everything else is superficial.

Telling the truth, going all-in with a full position is doomed. Watching others get rich daily, and when you impulsively jump in, your account gets confiscated immediately. The three defensive lines sound empty, but they can really save your life. If the principal is lost, everything is pointless. The words "stop loss" are something I have paid with blood and tears to learn.

You're absolutely right, my biggest loss was due to going all-in. It's just talk, very few people can truly do it. The interest rate cut cycle has arrived, and we're about to see a new round of novice margin calls. This set of methodologies should have been promoted long ago, but unfortunately, insight really cannot be taught. Without personal experience of blood lessons, all the reasoning in the world is just background noise. What took two years to summarize can be explained in five minutes, but there are always more accounts that can't last that long. Deep down, everyone knows what to do, but just can't execute—it's human weakness.
