I find this LIGHT order a bit precarious. The entry price is 4.02, the liquidation line is at 4.22, and the holdings size is 52,000 U.
Calculate the account. It only takes a 5% space to go from 4.02 to 4.22 to get liquidated directly. But if it goes the other way, assuming it can return to around 4.02 or even lower, the profit is about 20,000 U.
This is a classic dilemma - on one side is the limited risk of getting liquidated, and on the other side is a relatively considerable profit space. The key still depends on the current market trend. What price is LIGHT at now? From a technical or fundamental perspective, will it test upwards next or will it decline? This is the key to determining the fate of this position.
