The Supply-Based Stabilization Model
The core mechanism distinguishing an algorithmic stablecoin from conventional reserve-backed alternatives lies in its elastic supply architecture. When market demand for the stablecoin increases, the secondary token undergoes accelerated burning, reducing its circulating supply.
