Fundstrat's Tom Lee believes that Bitcoin has not yet peaked and may hit a new all-time high by the end of January 2026. At the same time, he predicts that due to institutional rebalancing, the cryptocurrency market will experience volatility in the first half of the year. He is particularly optimistic about Ethereum, calling it "seriously undervalued," and believes Ethereum is entering a multi-year expansion phase. His company Bitmine has increased its Ethereum holdings to 4.14 million coins. Lee also predicts that the S&P 500 index could reach 7,700 points by the end of 2026, citing strong corporate profitability and productivity gains driven by artificial intelligence.
