Rapper Drake and streamer Adin Ross sued collectively under RICO for promoting the crypto casino Stake

Deep潮 TechFlow News, January 6th, according to Decrypt reports, rapper Drake and streamer Adin Ross have been named as defendants in a new RICO (Anti-Organized Crime Law) class-action lawsuit in Virginia for promoting the cryptocurrency casino website Stake. The lawsuit alleges that the defendants used the website’s tipping feature to conceal fund transfers related to fake music streaming data.

The class-action lawsuit was filed on December 31, 2025, and also names Australian national George Nguyen as a defendant, accusing him of assisting in data fraud activities. The lawsuit, representing users of Stake.us, seeks no less than $5 million in damages and requests a jury trial.

The plaintiffs claim that Stake.us operates under the guise of a “social casino,” but in reality, it is an illegal online casino that bypasses U.S. federal and Virginia gambling regulations.
