The crypto industry really needs to establish a public behavior record system. Record all those blatant calls, market manipulation, front-running for cashing out, and other shady activities so that everyone can verify. The current problem is that these activities mostly happen in the dark, and victims have no place to expose them. With increased transparency, at least the probability of ordinary investors getting cut can be reduced. Information symmetry is fundamentally the basis of a healthy market, and what we Web3 emphasize is openness and transparency. Instead, in this area, we are even worse than traditional finance.

Well said, the blacklist system indeed needs to be established. But the question is, who will maintain this system? Will it become a new tool for power? Build on-chain proof of existence; only decentralization can truly prevent manipulation. It's another idealistic proposal with a very realistic gap. Will the influencers agree? The current crypto world is an information war; those who control the narrative always win. Instead of waiting for transparency, it's better to learn how to prevent being exploited. This is the core competitiveness. Problems that Bitcoin hasn't solved, Ethereum can't solve either. Shouting about transparency every day, then turning around to create alt accounts on Discord to buy the dip—laughable. If this system were truly built, how many project teams would be doomed? So it's impossible. Public records? On-chain permanence—some people are terrified of it.

It's ideal, but who will actually maintain this system? Could it be manipulated again by big players?

There's nothing wrong with that, but who will maintain the blacklist system? It's not like no one has brought it up before. The real issue is lack of execution. Just shouting slogans is useless. A bunch of big V accounts should have been blacklisted long ago. Why are they still doing well? Web3 is so ironic; decentralization actually makes it harder to control bad actors. Building systems alone isn't enough; someone must truly dare to expose the truth.

That's correct, but who will maintain this system, and should we trust it or not?
