Arkham will remove support for the Manta blockchain on January 11
Arkham is a professional blockchain data analysis platform, primarily converting blockchain transaction data into clear, actionable information. It specializes in capturing the real entities behind anonymous wallet addresses (such as individuals, companies, exchanges, funds, etc.), helping users track fund flows, monitor whale activities, and analyze DeFi protocols.
On January 9, Arkham announced via its official Twitter that, based on user demand and the importance of the crypto ecosystem, it regularly evaluates whether chain integrations need to be maintained. After recent review, it was decided to remove support for the Manta blockchain from the Arkham Intel platform on January 11.
Manta Network (a modular L2 chain focused on zero-knowledge proofs ZK, which was popular in early 2024) currently has significantly decreased activity: TVL has fallen from over $1 billion at its peak to the tens of millions of dollars range, daily fee income is very low, and trading volume and liquidity are insufficient.
Recently, other platforms (such as certain exchanges and protocols) have also delisted or ceased support for Manta, reflecting low adoption and insufficient user activity in its ecosystem.
Previously (in 2024), Arkham had specifically partnered to support Manta, but now, based on actual usage, it has chosen to "prune" low-activity chains to optimize resources and focus on more popular ecosystems.
