Got to appreciate the hustle. When a founder actually shows up in the field—actively participating in token strategies and bringing new stakeholders into the ecosystem—it makes a real difference. The hands-on approach builds credibility.



That said, it's disappointing when the rest of the leadership team doesn't match that energy. You'd think more founders would recognize that being present and engaged isn't optional—it's what separates projects that gain traction from those that fade.
