Recently, I saw people discussing this phenomenon: some project teams always seem eager to issue tokens. Someone joked that if they could delay further, maybe they could collect more fees?

This is indeed an interesting question. From the project team's perspective, the timing of token issuance involves many complex factors—fundraising progress, ecosystem maturity, market conditions, competitive pressure, and community expectations. It can't be simply explained by the logic of "delaying = earning more fees."

In reality, the timing of token issuance is often constrained by multiple factors. Issuing too early may risk an underdeveloped ecosystem, while issuing too late could miss market windows and lose user enthusiasm. Moreover, the tokenomics design itself determines the revenue structure, which cannot be changed just by delaying.

So, in your observation, what is the real reason why project teams are eager to issue tokens? Is it market pressure, fundraising needs, or other considerations?

Basically, the biggest pressure is still fundraising; without money, everything depends on issuing tokens to get by.

Basically, it's the pressure on the fundraising side—launch the token early to cash out early. This has nothing to do with transaction fees; once the tokenomics are designed, the fees stay the same, and delaying won't generate more money. The real problem is rushing in to harvest the profits before the ecosystem is properly built. I've seen too many projects like this, and sustainable growth directly collapses.

Basically, it's still about funding pressure. We need to distribute the tokens before the next round of financing.

To be honest, most project teams rush to issue tokens mainly because they fear missing the funding window. Overthinking the fee structure is unnecessary. Funding needs are the main reason; without money to burn, nothing can take off. Delays won't really help anything. If the ecosystem isn't well-established, issuing tokens early can actually hurt. It's also quite difficult for project teams—selling off too early causes a drop in price, waiting too long causes loss of momentum, they're stuck in the middle. Market windows are fleeting; once missed, they're gone. Unlike fees, which can accumulate over time. Timing the token issuance is just so frustrating... Instead of worrying about whether to delay or not, it's better to look at how well the tokenomics are designed. Honestly, the maturity of the ecosystem determines everything; otherwise, delaying further is pointless.
