After reducing ETH positions from 3300, ETH retracement has reached 7.69%. Is the bullish outlook for ETH still valid? Can it still rise?

Currently, both ETH and BTC have reached critical turning points in the market. On one hand, although ETH has not broken the high of 3446, its big brother has surpassed the previous high of 94500. Its movement rhythm still follows that of the big brother. There are two possible scenarios for the market, which will unfold in the next few days. Details are as follows:
As shown in the chart, ETH exhibits two trends: red and blue, and the upcoming market will directly determine which route to take.

Red route: ETH breaks above and stabilizes at 3170 tonight, and even if subsequent news-driven downward pressure causes a dip, it will no longer break below the low of 3053. In this case, we may see ETH rapidly rally, quickly reaching the target—breaking through 3446.

Blue route: This scenario is based on BTC experiencing a special situation—its high point occurred a week earlier than the originally scheduled Gann time of 1.12, meaning that 94744 on 1.6 is BTC’s high point. Such a situation is very rare, but it cannot be completely ruled out.

If this is the case, ETH would also have entered a new downtrend, characterized by a failure to hold above 3053 in the next one or two days, with a weak rebound. If this happens, ETH will continue to decline.
