President Trump's Assets Significantly Shrink Due to Cryptocurrency Decline

**Background: Rapid Drop in Previously Strong Assets**

Donald Trump's net worth has experienced a major shift over the past few months. In September, his personal assets peaked at $7.3 billion, rising to 201st place on the Forbes 400 list. He saw a rapid increase in assets, climbing 118 spots in just one year.

The driving force behind this was the Trump family's investments in cryptocurrencies, particularly their involvement in the venture company "World Liberty Financial."

**Turning Point: Sharp Decline of TMTG and WLFI**

However, the situation has changed dramatically. The stock price of Trump's technology company TMTG, traded under the ticker symbol DJT, approached an all-time low (ATL) amid the overall decline in the cryptocurrency market, led by Bitcoin. On Friday, it fell to $10.18.

The $WLFI tokens issued by World Liberty Financial also faced the same fate. They reached a high of $0.31 on the day of listing in September but have since fallen to $0.17. This decline directly impacts Trump's net worth.

**Numbers Tell the Reality**

As a result, Trump's net worth has decreased to $6.2 billion, a drop of nearly $1.1 billion from September's $7.3 billion. The overall downturn in the cryptocurrency market has had a significant impact on his personal assets.

**Unlock Schedule Complicates Asset Valuation**

An interesting point is the status of the $WLFI tokens held by Trump. According to World Liberty Financial's policy, "founders' and team tokens have initial lock-up restrictions." In other words, Trump cannot cash out these tokens immediately.

Following official rules, a longer lock-up period is set for early supporters, making it difficult to realize direct losses from the current price decline. However, the decrease in token value is directly reflected in asset valuation.

**Risks of Cryptocurrency Investment**

This case illustrates how individual assets can be affected by market fluctuations. The background of an $1.1 billion asset fluctuation over just a few months highlights the high volatility of the overall cryptocurrency market.
