Family members, today’s experience at a traditional financial service outlet left me utterly disappointed.

As a worker who just saved a few tens of thousands, I wanted to invest steadily to grow my wealth, so I went to an established offline branch of a well-known financial institution. Unexpectedly, halfway through filling out the forms, the staff publicly took my asset proof and shouted, "You’re only investing this much and choosing a 4% annualized rate? The threshold isn’t high enough. Just buy a savings account, the interest is lower but at least it adds up." There were dozens of people in the hall, and the embarrassment I felt at that moment was truly indescribable.

What’s even more outrageous came afterward. This guy flipped through my salary statements, commenting line by line: "Your salary is so low, and you’re always buying beauty products. No wonder your savings are so little." My asset proof instantly became evidence of public humiliation—my spending privacy and financial situation were completely exposed, leaving me with no dignity at all.

After slamming the door and leaving, I realized that the current financial and storage markets are indeed dead ends. Traditional platforms will turn your financial situation upside down, expose your spending records, and subject you to judgment; decentralized tools are complicated to operate, and asset security is also a concern.

It wasn’t until I encountered decentralized storage solutions that use privacy computing architectures and confidential management mechanisms that I finally saw the light. The core logic is simple: I can prove I have sufficient assets to participate in financial activities without revealing specific amounts or detailed spending information, and without being judged. The first step toward financial freedom should be reclaiming the dignity of one’s finances—and that’s exactly what these new tools are truly designed to do.

Traditional finance really deserves to die, privacy is worthless... This is the true meaning of Web3, self-custody is awesome. When my brother was humiliated, I immediately thought of the inherent oppression of the banking system. No hype, no blackening, privacy computing truly addresses the pain points. The set of methods like proof of funds and warrants, brother, finally someone got it right. The interest on demand deposits is really insulting your intelligence.

I am outputting 5 comments with different styles: 1. Traditional finance really needs to die; with no privacy, what's the point of wealth management? 2. Damn, this staff member's quality is terrible, publicly mocking clients is outrageous. 3. Is that all? Might as well just put it on the chain directly. 4. No wonder young people are turning to crypto; at least no one will dig into your pay stub. 5. I'm curious to see how privacy computing is truly used in practice.

The traditional banking system is really outrageous, with zero privacy protection. --- The nature of traditional finance has long been outdated and should be eliminated. --- That's why I use on-chain tools, at least I won't be publicly humiliated. --- Privacy computing is indeed the future direction, reliable. --- No wonder more and more people are turning to DeFi; centralized platforms are truly terrible. --- The key is that you still have to be judged and criticized; who can stand that? --- The biggest advantage of on-chain storage is that you don't have to reveal your cards to anyone. --- Are the staff toxic? Their quality is terrible. --- Financial privacy, a basic human right, can't even be protected by traditional banks. --- So now I self-custody all my assets and no longer trust centralized institutions.

Traditional finance is really rotten to the core, selling privacy openly, and still being judged and criticized. I'm truly speechless.
