Family members, today’s experience at a traditional financial service outlet left me utterly disappointed.
As a worker who just saved a few tens of thousands, I wanted to invest steadily to grow my wealth, so I went to an established offline branch of a well-known financial institution. Unexpectedly, halfway through filling out the forms, the staff publicly took my asset proof and shouted, "You’re only investing this much and choosing a 4% annualized rate? The threshold isn’t high enough. Just buy a savings account, the interest is lower but at least it adds up." There were dozens of people in the hall, and the embarrassment I felt at that moment was truly indescribable.
What’s even more outrageous came afterward. This guy flipped through my salary statements, commenting line by line: "Your salary is so low, and you’re always buying beauty products. No wonder your savings are so little." My asset proof instantly became evidence of public humiliation—my spending privacy and financial situation were completely exposed, leaving me with no dignity at all.
After slamming the door and leaving, I realized that the current financial and storage markets are indeed dead ends. Traditional platforms will turn your financial situation upside down, expose your spending records, and subject you to judgment; decentralized tools are complicated to operate, and asset security is also a concern.
It wasn’t until I encountered decentralized storage solutions that use privacy computing architectures and confidential management mechanisms that I finally saw the light. The core logic is simple: I can prove I have sufficient assets to participate in financial activities without revealing specific amounts or detailed spending information, and without being judged. The first step toward financial freedom should be reclaiming the dignity of one’s finances—and that’s exactly what these new tools are truly designed to do.
