Exchanges and project teams should not be overly sensitive to criticism. Frankly, those likes and cheers may not come from the heart; many are just politeness or following trends. But critical voices? Those are real gold and silver. Users willing to spend time complaining actually show that they care. Negative feedback often points to the most genuine pain points—product lag, unreasonable fees, unfriendly interactions—all of which are directions for improvement. The smart approach is to treat these voices as free diagnostic reports. Pick out valuable suggestions, optimize where needed, iterate where necessary. Through continuous refinement, the ecosystem can become increasingly mature.

Well said. The ones who lick every day are actually the least reliable. Genuine user feedback is the real gold. I'm just puzzled—how can some exchanges treat complainers as enemies, acting so fragile? They don't even want free bug reports. Their mindset is indeed a bit narrow.

Yes, yes, yes, you're absolutely right. The ones who praise you every day are actually the least trustworthy; the ones who truly love you are those daring to diss your brothers. --- Damn, finally someone said it. The exchanges are still deleting comments, are they stupid or what? --- The analogy of a free diagnostic report is brilliant, but unfortunately most teams just turn a deaf ear. --- The key is to be able to listen, don’t be so fragile. Genuine feedback is worth much more than false praise. --- It sounds nice, but in reality, those who curse the loudest are the ones who get directly blocked. --- That’s why good products are often refined amidst criticism. --- Thinking of projects that listen to user feedback, they indeed last longer. There are also plenty of negative examples. --- The words are correct, but the problem is distinguishing which criticisms are valuable and which are just causing trouble. --- Agreed. Negative feedback is the most honest market signal; those who ignore it are doomed.

That's right, what's the use of a bunch of sycophantic comments, insults are the most honest.

That's right, I like projects that dare to criticize, it means there's still hope. Really, a bunch of rainbow farting is useless; a sincere "Your feature really sucks" is more valuable. Criticism = free health check report, which is much better than paying a consulting firm. Listening to harsh feedback is often where the gold is. The problem is that most project teams can't take it and will ban accounts and delete reviews. It's a classic case of shooting oneself in the foot. People who complain are true fans, much more reliable than these bootlickers. But honestly, most exchanges and projects don't care about criticism at all; they still cut the leeks.
