I've seen many people say, why are they still dropping missiles on civilians during the war?

Come on, it's already a full-blown conflict. To quote from "Bright Sword," the entire Jinxi Northwest is in chaos. Under a collapsing nest, can there be intact eggs?
Civilians are people. The hundreds of thousands of people who have died in Russia-Ukraine over the past few years—weren't they once civilians' children? Aren't they human?
The best way is to never have any purpose or form of war at all.
