The company agreed to appoint Mr. Dong Baoliang as President; and agreed to nominate Mr. Dong Baoliang as an executive director of the company, with a term from the date of shareholder election until the end of the term of the fourth board of directors. If Mr. Dong Baoliang is elected as a director of the fourth board of directors by the shareholders’ meeting, the board agrees to co-opt Mr. Dong Baoliang as a member of the Strategy and Investment Committee and the Quality and Safety Committee of the fourth board of directors, with a term until the end of the fourth board’s term. The composition of other special committees of the board remains unchanged.
