The entire military activates the reserve personnel certificate
Approved by the Central Military Commission, the entire armed forces will issue and use the “Certificate of the Reserve Personnel of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army” starting March 1. The “Reserve Personnel Certificate” is a standard credential with high anti-counterfeiting features and general recognition. It serves as an official proof of reserve personnel identity. The certificate number is a unique system-generated ID. After the promulgation and implementation of the “Law of the People’s Republic of China on Reserve Personnel,” it will be issued to reserve officers, reserve non-commissioned officers, and reserve soldiers who serve legally in the PLA reserves. The “PLA Reserve Officer Certificate” will be abolished immediately. (CCTV Military)
