Qianwen announced on March 6th that it will continue investing in "AI services," allowing users to place orders for daily services through simple commands, enhancing convenience and offering discounts. During the Spring Festival, 200 million orders were completed, and 130 million people experienced AI shopping, promoting the application and development of AI technology in complex everyday scenarios.

On March 6th, Qianwen announced ongoing investment in “AI services,” allowing users to place orders for various daily services with a single sentence, enjoying the convenience and discounts brought by AI services.

During this year’s Spring Festival, Alibaba Qianwen completed 200 million real orders, and AI services are beginning to integrate into daily life.

“AI services can lower the usage threshold for the public, activate demand potential, and help AI move from novelty to regular use; on the other hand, in complex life scenarios, AI continuously enhances its understanding of human true intentions, unlocking more possibilities for technological evolution,” said a representative from the Qianwen app.

Leveraging China’s rich online and offline consumption scenarios, AI services are fully entering everyday life. Data shows that during this year’s Spring Festival, 130 million people experienced AI shopping for the first time on Qianwen, including 4 million people aged 60 and above.
