Federal Reserve Board Member Mullan: Interest rates should be lowered to neutral levels

Odaily Planet Daily reports that Federal Reserve Board member Milani stated that the neutral interest rate is approximately 2.5% to 2.75%. If the Federal Reserve does not cut interest rates, it is expected that this month will see opposition, with the view that the Fed should lower rates to the neutral level and then reassess. (Jin10)
