On March 6, Guangzhou Restaurant released its 2025 annual performance brief. It disclosed that in 2025, the company achieved a total revenue of 5.382 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 5.04%; total profit of 659 million yuan, up 3.08% year-on-year; and net profit attributable to shareholders of 488 million yuan, a decrease of 1.19% year-on-year.
The announcement pointed out that during the reporting period, the company actively responded to changes and challenges in the external economic environment, focusing on the dual-driven strategy of “Catering + Food” to achieve high-quality development. On one hand, the company deepened its core catering business, steadily advancing the differentiated development strategies of its two flagship brands, Guangzhou Restaurant and Taotaoju, and actively exploring new consumption scenarios such as “Catering + Cultural Tourism,” continuously expanding its diversified business model. While steadily opening new stores in core cities, it completed upgrades and renovations of existing stores such as the Wenchang flagship store, enhancing both cultural connotations and operational functions, and revitalizing the heritage brand.
On the other hand, the company focused on its food business, guided by consumer demand, relying on the R&D capabilities of its Food Innovation Research Institute to continuously innovate and improve the market competitiveness of its core products, actively launching new products with market potential, and optimizing its product matrix and structure. Building on its existing market share advantages, the company proactively expanded into provincial and overseas markets to broaden its market coverage. Meanwhile, it closely followed market dynamics, actively optimized and adjusted its channel system, and aimed to build a new pattern of integrated, multi-dimensional channel development, fully enhancing the market penetration and overall competitiveness of its food business.
