Google has agreed to provide an additional $1.4 billion in funding to TeraWulf, bringing its total support commitment to $3.2 billion. The agreement includes stock warrants, and after holding these warrants, Google may acquire a significant stake in TeraWulf. TeraWulf plans to use this funding to expand data center capacity and support its transition from Bitcoin mining to artificial intelligence and high-performance computing infrastructure.
