Gelonghui March 6 | Renhe Tongtai (600829.SH) announced that the company’s board of directors recently received a resignation letter from Mr. Gu Congfeng, a director and general manager of the company. Due to personal health reasons, Mr. Gu resigned from his positions as director, general manager, and member of the Board’s Strategic Decision-Making Committee. The resignation took effect upon delivery to the board. As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Gu does not hold any shares in the company and has no unfulfilled public commitments.

According to the relevant provisions of the Company Law and the Articles of Association, the company held the 6th meeting of the 11th Board of Directors on March 6, 2026, which approved the proposal for appointing the company’s general manager. After review and approval by the Nomination Committee of the Board, the Board agreed to appoint Mr. Zhu Weidong as the company’s general manager, with a term starting from the date of this Board resolution until the expiration of the 11th Board of Directors.
