People’s Financial News, March 7 — On the morning of March 7, the Fourth Session of the 14th National People’s Congress held a press conference focused on people’s livelihoods. Wang Xiaoping, Minister of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, stated that more than 20 provinces have cultivated over 230 skill ecological chains. An increasing number of enterprises are participating in building these ecological chains, achieving a win-win situation where employees improve their skills and companies increase efficiency, while also enhancing the resilience of the industrial chain. This year, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security will select a number of skill ecological chains to support leading enterprises in radiating and driving more upstream and downstream companies to participate.
