Gelonghui March 6 — Meijin Energy (000723.SZ) announced that the company’s board of directors recently received a written resignation letter from Vice President Mr. Yao Peng. Due to personal reasons, Mr. Yao Peng has applied to resign from his position as Vice President. After his resignation, Mr. Yao Peng will no longer hold any positions in the company or its controlling subsidiaries. Mr. Yao Peng’s original term was from August 28, 2023, to August 27, 2026. According to laws, regulations, and the company’s articles of association, his resignation takes effect from the date it is delivered to the board. Mr. Yao Peng has completed his work handover in accordance with the company’s “Management System for the Resignation of Directors and Senior Management.” His resignation will not adversely affect the company’s operations or development.
