Staff explained the dangers of scams like “charge first, then disappear” in illegal代理退保, and “earning commissions while负债累累” in职业背债, clearly informing the public that such behaviors can lead to protection gaps, personal information leaks, property losses, and even impact personal credit and legal responsibilities. Additionally, they promoted tips on preventing overseas bank card fraud, protecting personal information, and accessing legitimate internet loan channels, guiding the public step-by-step to safeguard their own “money bags” and strengthen financial risk defenses.

To protect financial consumer safety, it is not only necessary to strengthen publicity and early warning but also to ensure smooth channels for appeals. During the event, the publicity team actively informed the public about how to report consumer complaints and resolve disputes through official channels, providing detailed guidance on consultation and complaint procedures to truly help the public solve problems. Staff patiently answered questions regarding deposits, financial management, loan processing, credit inquiries, and dispute resolution, earning widespread recognition through professional and caring service.
