Illinois Lieutenant Governor Juliana Stratton defeated U.S. Representative Raja Krishnamoorthi in the Democratic Senate primary. Krishnamoorthi had received over $8 million in support from the crypto industry's super PAC Fairshake, while Stratton was endorsed by Illinois Governor JB Pritzker.
