China Reinsurance: Zhu Xiaoyun Approved to Serve as the Company's President

On March 17, 2026, China Reinsurance announced that it received approval from the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission regarding Zhu Xiaoyun’s appointment qualifications. According to the approval, the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission officially approved Zhu Xiaoyun’s appointment as President of the company on March 16, 2026. Zhu Xiaoyun will assume her duties from that date, with a term lasting until the end of the fifth board of directors’ term, and re-election is possible upon term expiration.

Public information shows that Ms. Zhu Xiaoyun, born in August 1975, holds a master’s degree in economics and is an economist. She joined China Reinsurance in 1998 and has served as Deputy Director, Director, and Director of the Office (Party Committee Office), Minister of the Party Committee Organization Department, General Manager of the Human Resources Department, Company Secretary, Co-Company Secretary, Vice President, Chairman of China Property & Casualty Reinsurance Company, Director of Huatai Insurance Brokers Co., Ltd., and Director of China Insurance News Agency Co., Ltd. (now renamed China Financial Media Co., Ltd.).
