The newbie activities we previously had community partners run basically guaranteed about 100u per order.

Now the customer acquisition cost for CEX is getting higher and higher. Normal Chinese-speaking user acquisition costs around 200u/person, and it's even higher at 500u/person for Western markets.

So it's really the era of CEX burning money now. Might as well grab some rewards while you can.
