How to read the liquidation map???
Above the current price level represents stop losses or liquidations for short position holders. The deeper the color, the stronger the liquidation intensity, indicating more chips accumulated here. Often, major capital will push the price toward this level to capture market liquidity.
What is a vacuum zone???
In the liquidation vacuum zone, there are no active stop losses or forced liquidations from orders. Relatively speaking, price in this zone tends to experience rapid rallies or declines.
So how do we trade???
Liquidation concentration zones are often our entry points. Accompanied by naked candles with long wicks, this indicates that resistance/support at the current price level is significant. There will be a large volume of counter-directional orders executed at this price, so we follow the macro trend and counter the micro trend (align with the major trend, counter the minor trend) $BTC $ETH
