The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps of Iran issued Announcement No. 14 on the 3rd, stating that they targeted 10 locations at the Sheikh Isa Air Base in Bahrain. According to Iranian media, the IRGC said in the announcement that the air command and control center, aircraft fuel depot, and buildings housing senior U.S. military commanders at Sheikh Isa Air Base were destroyed. On-site and satellite intelligence monitoring indicate that all infrastructure at the base has ceased operations, and U.S. personnel have “fled” the base. Meanwhile, the Israel Defense Forces issued a statement saying that they detected Iran launching a new round of missiles at Israel, and the IDF’s air defense systems are intercepting them. (Xinhua)
