Ctrip Group Officially Announces Two Co-Founders' Resignation as Directors

Shanghai Securities News China Securities Journal Report (Reporter Zeng Qingyi): On February 26, Ctrip Group announced a series of board changes when releasing its Q4 2025 and full-year earnings report. These changes will take effect from February 25, 2026. It is reported that Fan Min has resigned from his positions as Director and President of the company, and Ji Qi has resigned from his position as Director.

Ctrip Group stated that as a co-founder of the company, Fan Min and Ji Qi have made fundamental and immeasurable contributions to the founding, growth, and success of the company. The Ctrip Group Board of Directors expresses its sincere gratitude and highest respect for their foresight, outstanding leadership, and dedicated service over the years.

Meanwhile, Ctrip Group announced the appointment of Wu Yihong and Xiao Yang as new independent directors. The announcement states that this appointment reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to maintaining diverse expertise and innovative perspectives, effectively guiding the company’s evolving strategy and overseeing future opportunities and risks. Additionally, Li Jipei has been appointed as a member of the Board Compensation Committee.
