What is the biggest lie of success culture?

"You succeeded because you did something right"
"You failed because you did something wrong"
But the reality is:
Good results don't necessarily mean you did something right
Bad results don't necessarily mean you did something wrong
I reflected on this for many years and reached no conclusion
In the end, I could only accept:
Success comes down to luck, failure comes down to not working hard enough
