Hewlett Packard Enterprise completes $2.0B notes offering across 2028-2033 maturities

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) has successfully completed a $2.0 billion underwritten notes offering through four series of debt maturing between 2028 and 2033. The offering included floating rate and fixed-rate notes, with proceeds used to provide short-term rate flexibility, lock in financing, and extend debt maturities. All series were registered on Form S-3 and issued under existing indenture with supplemental indentures dated March 23, 2026.
