Iranian Parliament Speaker Says Armed Forces "Are Waiting for U.S. Ground Operations"
Iranian Islamic Consultative Assembly Speaker Qalibaf stated that while the United States publicly talks about negotiations, it is secretly planning a ground attack. Qalibaf said that the Iranian armed forces are “waiting” for a U.S. ground offensive and will “punish” its regional allies. Previously, there were reports from the U.S. indicating that the Pentagon is preparing for “weeks-long ground operations” in Iran.
